No ticketing form, no chatbot, no "we've received your request" auto-reply. Send an email. We answer within one business day, usually same-day.

Before you write

If a conversion failed, you do not need to write at all. We refund failed conversions automatically. Check your inbox for a Stripe refund notification. If you do not see one within an hour, then write.

If your question is general, the FAQ probably covers it. We add to it every time we get the same question twice.

When you write, include

  • The email you used at checkout (so we can find the receipt).
  • What you were trying to convert (PDF to Word, etc.).
  • The error message you saw, if any. Screenshots help. We do not ask you to re-upload the file.
