Dollar PDF is built so that nobody — including us — can casually look at the files you convert. Below is exactly how we keep that promise, and every claim is enforced in the code, not just written on this page.
Your file is uploaded to encrypted private storage the moment it leaves your browser. There is no public URL. Anyone without our service key — including someone who guessed the path — gets nothing back.
We do not open, scan, train on, or analyze your file. We hand the bytes to a conversion engine, fetch the result, and delete the source. We do not log filenames, content, or any of your file’s contents.
The source file is purged the moment the converted file is ready — usually within seconds of finishing. Either way, every file is gone within 60 minutes. No archives, no backups, no exceptions.
